This item was to be delivered on the Wed 20th. I was not in and didn't fit in the letter box, redelivered on the 21th, with an open flap and folded to fit in letter box (although I was in waiting for it), one pack of napkins was missing, worth £4.50 + delivery cost £3.70. Visited the Portsmouth depot on the 22nd after 4pm, confident that it just fell out of the envelope on those 24 hours, but was told by the CSO patronisingly about the logistics of looking for it in such a big depot, apparently there is not a system to locate missing items, and insisted that it must be the previous sorting office, however, I feel if the envelope couldn't fit in the first attempt, why the following day the postman was able to see the contents and felt able to fold the Do not fold post. I informed the sender, but they posted all the listed items and I do trust them they did.
