Royal Gas review: Refund

Dear All,

I am referring to my refund which I am awaiting from the Royal Gas agency and till date I havent received my refund, the amount is just AED 10, I have been following up with them from last two months and the customer service team doesnt respond. I had also complaint about the discontinuation charges for which I havent received any responses.

Please look into the matter and take strict action.
