To preface, I am in my 70's and often out of breath by the time I can get inside the store. I approached the customers service desk and asked a young lady where I might find the inside latch for a screen door. She told me either aisle 6 or aisle 9. I checked both and found nothing resembling what I was after so I returned to Customer Service, waited my turn and asked if there was a way to look up the item to determine whee it might be in the store? She raised her voice at me saying, "What did I tell you?" I said, you said aisle 6 or 9 - she responded with AND ? and there was nothing there like that, I said. "THE WE DON'T HAVE IT!" SHE YELLED AT ME.
If any of my staff/team ever spoke that way to a client, there would be no second chances , it would be her last day. I will not return to your store.
Recommendation: Shop elsewhere
