I took upon myself a month ago to cancel my subscription for my Roku account from my TV. They never cancel, of course i go to call and cancel it reroutes back to saying sign in for cancellation. I did and they said They going to charge me $18.99 to cancel. First of all I haven't signed in to look at roku since December 2025. I certainly don't owe that much money all because I'm trying to cancel. And i definitely don't like when i can't get a human on the phone. I don't do business that way.
