91 Express Lanes reviews and complaints
Pothole in the westbound lanes
I was driving on the 91 Express Lanes West bound on 12/09/2022 around 7:15PM between Green River and Gypsum Canyon when my car hot a pothole that cause both the Left front and Left Rear side tires to blow out and some other damage to the front grille of my car. The Freeway Service Patrol towed the car to the Green River exit and dropped me off at the Jack In The Box there. I drive a Mercedes Benz E300 sedan. There was another car, a red Mercedes Benz CLA which also hit the same pothole a few minutes later and had the Front Right side tire blown off and the engine was making a loud noise.
This kind of damage is not acceptable and to have a pothole that large to cause this kind of damage in a road for which we pay a toll is not acceptable.

Desired outcome: I would like the 91 Express Lanes to compensate me on the damage caused to my vehicle.
fraudulent toll fines being mailed out to thousands of persons.
Same as everyone else, they've said I was on the 91 at 4:30 AM while I was miles away, asleep at home. I work in the Navy, I drive straight down the 15. I never even use the motorcycle to go places for leisure most of the time, because I'm with friends or family. They are threatening me with legal action if I don't send them money for their literal fraud.

I received a Notice of Toll Evasion Violation from 91 Express Lanes, PO Box 68039, Anaheim, CA 92817, dated 8/14/2017 for August 9, 2017. This completely false as I live and work in Northern California and was not in southern California on August 9, 2017.

falsified violation scam
These guys sent me a traffic violation, saying I went through one of their tolls without paying, and requesting that I pay a fine. I was NOT anywhere near their toll road on the alleged day of violation. The violation notice read like a sales pitch for FasTrak -- their pre paid toll service, basically saying I wouldn't have any future violations if I signed...

On April 7, 2007 I used the 91 Express Lanes without an account. Two weeks later I received a fine for $20.00 which I paid, since I was guilty. Now, two weeks ago I received a notice from a collection agency telling me I owed $40.00 for a fine in April of 2007 that I didn't pay. My wife called 91 Express Lanes and was told to pay the fine or they would report us to the credit agencies. They also claimed they had been trying to get a hold of us for a year and a half. That's funny, I receive correspondence from 91 Express Lanes via email and postal delivery on a regular basis. I have since emailed them to ask what the problem is, but reading other accounts on this web site, I expect no response. Do not use 91 Express Lanes. They are pulling scams on people and I will be canceling my account.

I also got two citations from 91 Express lanes stating that I was on the 91 E and another for the 91 E & 55
11/12 21 The problem is that I was sick in bed for three days after a got a Shingles vaccine and did not leave my house and my car remained in my driveway., both my daughter and boyfriend attest that I never left my house. I do no live anywhere near the the 91 fwy or use their Express lanes and have no contacts or business in the area.
They however state that they have a picture of my car and plates when I called to complain. I am being charged $81 and threats of further penalites if I do not pay. Furthermore, the engine is my car was blown and I was just driving short distances if fear of being stranded somewhere until I found a new car.
Who do I make a formal complain to?
So I get a Bill from a lawyer Representing I 91, who wants me to pay a Bill from two years ago . Well I’ve been living in Arizona for six years now, turning in all California Plates.
The thing is, that all my Evidence, I have turning in to the DVM, here in Arizona isn’t prof enough. So I was 700 miles away from I 91, still not good enough for this Dam Lawyer working for I 91. Calling a Scam a Scam, this takes the cake.
