Reservations.com review: Booked rooms that weren’t dog friendly after lying to us about it

Called the resort only to find out that we were not booked into dog friendly rooms. We would have driven 8 hours with 3 dogs only to find that we would have no place to stay, not to mention the fact that the 2 rooms booked through reservations.com were $300 more than the resort charges for the same, including the $100 dog fee for the 2 rooms. Because we are booking early for a trip in Alaska, we were able to get 2 dog friendly rooms through the resort. Had we not called, they would not have been available. Lied to by reservations.com. Never again.
