requesting to pay until the end of the contract but I would like to diconnect the eqpts in June 2026
I am writing as a very unhappy customer after spending two hours with your customer success team without any meaningful resolution. Please see the attached document, which outlines my ongoing frustration in dealing with Reliance customer service. I was extremely disappointed to be told that I must pay out the equipment for $1,500.00. This demand does not make sense given that I am still under contract, and it feels unreasonable and unfair.
am genuinely disappointed by this experience and the lack of support I have received. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed properly and that a fair resolution be provided. Thank you for your attention.
