I had my free consultation, they requested I send in my VA rating letters. Took me a couple of weeks but I finally was able to download and send them. 3 weeks later - no response. I sent a follow-up to make sure they got the emails - 10 days later - no response. I am not going to pay somebody possibly 2 or 3 thousand dollars if they cant even do a basic aknowledgement they received something they requested.
