I have had this product I would say around 6 months and I loved it but now yesterday May 7, 2021 the top not the tweezer like epilator but the actual razor style head fell to the floor I picked it up and put it onto the machine. I proceeded to shave . I felt as if it were scratching me. I thought that it was the comb like feature that it has
As I realized later it was scratching me in fact I have razor burns and nicks on my legs. I have a long scratch down the length of my left leg. it looks like a mix between a razor burn and scratch.
I looked at the razor head and it was broken it has a hole in the middle of the mesh-like metallic screen. This is what nicked my legs

I would like top receive a replacement head if possible. I do not have the ticket for the purchase of the product but I did purchase it around 6-8 months ago on Best Buy I was so happy. I love the epilady and love the razor attachment it makes shaving so easy and nicks seriously don't know how it broke. It just fell under my desk.

Could you just replace that part . Even if it is only the top mesh-like part with the littler teeth or combs sticking out from it. I have included the pictures of the Razor and the scratches on my leg although I could not get them darker

Who designed the plastic bottle for the gel (bet it was a man) once you get to the quarter left in the bottle you need muscles in your arms like superman to squeeze the rest out, I have to ask my husband, and he finds it difficult keep things simple for goodness sake.

this rather unusuial complaint regarding your fromer subsidiary Braun-Household.

Though I am uncertain about the exact terms of your "unlimited license" agreement with De'longhi Grpoup in 2012 I would like you to check for possible violations.

Unfortunatly, from a customers point of view, reding the name Braun directly associates with P&G.

Now numerous times the marketing and customer service of this fromer subsidary is just bad. Websites do not work, Support does not work, product deliveries are resheduled afain and again, then canceled, just to have the product relaunched a week or two later with new "improved" pricing.

Its all to much to really list it here. My concern is that this behauvour and clear deficit in management from the new license holder is damging the P&G reputaion with customers and eventually will have a bad impact on the stock itself.

if there are conditions within the agreement to allow you to check the behaviour and businees of the new brand owner please do so. The Hardware itself is of high quality for the market intended with each product. But the Marketing, Logistics, Management and everything else does not work as you would expect from a Brand with this reputation.

This can not go on like this.

Hi, following claims that when using Fairy Platinum Plus there is no need to pre-wash which will help save water and be more environmentally friendly I bought the product and I've been using them for a while, however, I am really disappointed, the tablet regularly does not dissolve, the product is left on cutlery which I have to wash up, if I don't rinse then nothing comes out clean, so I am rinsing 1st and having to put most things back in or wash them by hand! So rather than saving water I am using a lot more!

Why do you continue to package dishwasher tablets in plastic pouches? Surely it isn't too difficult to change to cardboard boxes? It is very evident that you don't take the reduction of plastic seriously as SO MUCH of your merchandise still comes in plastic, most of which is not recyclable. You obviously prioritize profit over the planet! Disgraceful!

In the past 4 weeks i have purchased your product at the Walmart on TELEGRAPH RD. In SOUTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI.

I did this on purpose because i began to notice about 6 weeks ago I noticed that the powdered soap for my dishwasher, wasn't going as far as it used to.

SO I purchased a box every week, for 4 weeks, to see if there was a difference in weight. IN FACT IT WAS . The 4 boxes we purchased were all under weight ae follows:

[protected]- 3.46 LBS.
[protected]- 3.12 LBS.
[protected]- 3.51 LBS.

Now given the benefit, of the doubt that, these weight variances were most likely caused by someone, at the store, and not at your company, I sent 3 friends to the store to watch the soap aisle, from a distance and we found, that, 9 customers were emptying the powder from the box and into, what looked to be sandwich bags, while we watched. This would explain the odd numbers in weight, since the machines, at your factory, would be calibrated to the same variance(if the had been incorrectly set)and not be so drastically out of 'SINC, "as displayed above.

Now please keep in mind that I have been using your product since FEB. 2012 and only, recently, discovered that between, FEBRUARY 12TH 2021 till now, have I noticed this change as shown above.
I believe the solution here is 2 FOLD, one, putting cameras in the aisle for the Store's part. Then secondly, have your company place a strong safety seal over the spout with a texted label, stating:
" WARNING ! IF THIS SEAL IS BROKEN, DO NOT BUY, AND CONTACT STORE MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY."

your batteries ruined my weather radio, and the duracell batteries that were in it corroded and that's why its ruined, I would expect that your company will replace, the radio, and give me new batteries. I have been down this path before, your chinese batteries are NO good, I got a CD player replaced, at your expense, and now you owe me $50 for a weather radio, or my next Email will go to the Better Business Bureau. We had a Swiffer Wet Mop for a short while, & it stopped working. We replaced it with a new Swiffer Wet Mop.

In both instances, we put in new batteries, and in doing that, the silver clip that connects the battery fell out. We also removed & replaced the bottle.
They still didn't work. We don't have young children that would abuse these mops, nor ourselves.

So, now disguised, I replaced this mop with a different brand.

Get your QC people to work out the bugs & make a better product.

What are you people playing at - You have vastly overpackaged your dish washer and clothes washing tablets by placing 3 one-use plastic containers in a robust one-use cardboard box. This applies to a number of your products including Ariel and Fairy washing tablets. There is a lot of guff on your website about sustainability and yet your own packaging is completely unnecessary.

Hello. I'll start by saying I have loved the Zquil product since it was released and have used it ever since. That being said I recently purchased my first bottle of the pain relief version hoping it would lessen not fix my nightly pain problems due to having Multiple Sclerosis for 20 years, however the cap on my first bottle did not open correctly and a jagged end of the white plastic caused a seriously painful cut into my finger which needed to be closed. I have said bottle along with pictures and documentation. I am writing as a concerned consumer and an MS advocate to make sure this problem is remedied. These type of injuries have the potential for infection which can have devastating effects on our already weakened immune system. As a long time customer I implore you to make things right as I'm fully prepared to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and start a boycott with the Greater Delaware Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Please resolve this matter with me as I do not like the idea of having to do that but will to protect others with this disability. I have 13 cans of fabreeze that have stopped working with less than half used and one can that has gone till all used these were bought from Amazon and Tesco's and I have 4 left this is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be sorted the other is trying to sort a problem out is nearly impossible trying to make a complaint is even worse they just don't seem to care at all I have no other problem with there products and use the other fabreeze as well please help as am not getting anywhere I live in one room at home as I have. Lost a leg to sepsis and now live in a wheelchair and cannot get out at all

Pods 4 in 1 Ultra XI have stained over 6 of my bath sheets, 4 shirts and 3 pairs of jeans. I know how to use these pods so do not try to tell me that misuse is the problem. I ALWAYS place a pod in the drum of front loader before adding clothes and never overload the washer. After reading several complaints posted online, it is apparent that even when used properly, these pods bleach out clothing/linens. I want P&G to render a refund for the 73 pods I currently have, as I will not be trying to use them again. What in the world has happened to your quality control on your batteries? They used to be the "go-to" battery for quality and dependability, and now they leak and ruin every device I use them in. I've lost numerous devices to acid damage now, and recently I had an entire package of "ten year" AAA cells spew acid all over the place in storage, before they were ever even put into a device. I suppose that's better than having them ruin the device, but frankly, I'm very disappointed. This is the sort of performance I used to get out of the bargain basement brands and your batteries are far from bargain priced.

I have just started a new bottle of Fairy Liquid and nearly passed out at the smell. It smelt as though somone had dropped some engine cleaner in my kitchen. At first I couldn't believe it was the Fairy Liquid that was producing the smell as I always buy unscented cleaning products and have used Original Fairy Liquid for years, but when I looked at the bottle it said 'Improved scent'

I can't understand why you would change a perfectly good product to one that smells like that. Not only is it a disgusting smell, but like most scented products, it starts up my chest and gives me asthma. I have never been able to use your scented Fairy Liquids for that reason.
Very disappointed that I will now have to change to another brand.

Perferctly happy with product; BUT EVERY TIME, and well before the contents are fully used the HINGE ON THE LID SNAPS, so you need to MAKE IT STRONGER.

In the grand scheme of things small beer BUT POOR PRODUCT DESUGN AND DEEPLY IRRITATING!

This is a message I sent twice using the Duracell website. No response.

The device is a "puck" style light for our camper which uses 4 AAA batteries - no name or model is on the light. The batteries were made in the USA in MAR 2028, code 1006588 We put batteries in this spring to prepare for camping season. Everything worked fine until our last fall trip. We went to use the light and it did not come on. I opened the battery compartment to make sure the one had not come loose and found that one battery top had popped open causing corrosion. I did not try cleaning it yet because I wanted to contact you first. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you, Chris

I love tide and used it for years. I am a senior citizen and the last Tide pods I bought at Sam's club I could not get open with the slide closure. First of all they are to small and very stiff. I hurt my fingers trying to open. I understand child safety but you need to do better for the older citizens.

After use the rash appeared on arms and feet.. Washed it off with water and soap.. Rash is still visible... Doctor recommended steroid cream..
To the point... I made a mistake using body wash instead cream. The labeling should be larger and closer to. The top and large. Print...
When working with elderly people remember we don't see small print.
