My door was shipped, but the carrier was involved in an accident; and my door was never received. Even worse, the carrier did not contact me to file a claim. I did eventually contact the carrier, and learned that they made several attempts to contact this supplier but never received a response. I was then told by the carrier that I was beyond the date to file a claim.
Claimed loss: Iron door in the amount of $4,600.00.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund.
