1) photos are missing and "hiding the issues"
2) don't disclose items "shrunk" or moth holes or smell of cigarettes
3) knock off & faux items
4) dealt with sterling & gold "mismarked" that do not test with magnet or acid
5) tracking provided with fake USPS label and post office provided letter but customer service claimed we received item and still paid the seller but later had to correct this
Responsibility is put on buyer to solicit & ask seller about condition issues even when they say excellent, premium, new etc. and real declining to process returns... shop another online service to avoid disappointment, wasting your time or money. Sellers need to be more forthcoming but for now the platform is allowing them to pass on low quality, faux items.
Several of these sellers are cross posting on eBay so buy there for better buyer protection.
