I called Popeyes 2 hours before I went there to see if they had chicken sandwiches left, and waited in line for 2 hours waiting on a chicken sandwich, just to get up to the window, just to hear that they were out of them. I had placed the order on Sep 30 and the order was not approved but they charged my credit card already, after an hour when I did not get any order confirmation, I requested a cancellation and they said they would refund it back to my card for which it been over a month and I have not received my money back.
I contacted the support and there was absolutely NO HELP.
All they did was left the conversation and said, we have already refunded the money.
Very bad service and I will never ever order from this app and will make sure people know who bad the service is and the company is not even capable of helping.

My name is Ekta Aggarwal and i would like to file a complaint about the popeyes on highway 7 near hero certifies burger Markham. I went there today and ordered chicken and a drink after having two pieces i started feeling vomitish and when i took off the outer covering of the chicken there was froth kind of a thing on it. When i came back home i was vomiting and had a terrible stomach ache. I am 9 months pregnant so i am really worried will be visiting the doctor tomorrow. I have attached a pic and have also hot those pieces home. This place is very dirty all the time and today their food was also not fit to be eaten. Please take necessary steps as this place can give people infections.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. You took the chicken poboy off the menu. Which would of been ok if you actually had available what was replacing it! 8 pieces chicken
September 3, 2019 at 2100H. Walked into store (Woodlawn, Guelph), no costumer and it's raining. Bought a 8 pieces chicken paid CAD 22.++. Service crew prepared my order but I noticed he is pushing away bigger part chicken and putting small pieces in the box, then he handed to me. I open the box and told him that I paid 22.++CAD and these are too small. He told me that this is the combination. I will attached the pictures and see it yourself if you will pay even 20.00 for this order. Louisiana Popeyes kitchen has good reputation when it comes to fried chicken and I order alot, but with the order I got today versus the amount I paid is not fair. If this will be the type of chicken (too tiny) that you will be serving to the consumers, this will leave a not so great experience and impression.

After waiting 10 minutes outside for my order I went inside. Received my order in 13 minutes.
This is the 2nd bsd experience I have had at this store location. Other Popeye's have much better service. Ever since this location opened it has had issues with customer service; last time entered and charged the wrong prices.
This location happens to be the closest to my house, but I don't know if I can keep trying this location hoping for the best.

Services at this location are: 1. Poor customer service 2. Very slow and employees don't have any sense of urgency to serving customers. 3. Frequently out of items 4. Frequently no straws or tea prepared 5. Poor food handling habits 6. Never prepared for high traffic hours 7. Multiple employees on break during peek hours. 8. Frequently given incorrect change or no change when due.
