On Sep 2 at 610pm placed an order at SM North Edsa Branch. We received our order at 710pm after finding out they were not even processing our order. Three employee's gave us different answer to why our order wasn't processed. Several other customers also had problems. The manger refused to provide his name and walked away without any explanation
Desired outcome: Fire the manager, retrain employee customer service
We ordered a two piece chicken with biscuit, a one piece chicken and spaghetti and a three piece chicken fingers. At 640pm we asked the employee checking orders where are order was, understanding they had a lot of orders that night. But, felt and 30 minutes was a long wait. The employee refused to tell us anything and walked back into the kitchen. Another couple that had been waiting longer then we also asked another employee their status of their order, they even went and bought donuts waiting for their order and still they did not get an answer of the status. When they asked again the employee snapped and stated their order wasn't ready and when the customer got upset the employee rolled her eyes and then just stared at the customer. 10 minutes later that same customer asked the manager where their order was and the manager shock his head and walked back into the kitchen. He grabbed a bag being prepared and acted like it was that customers order but it wasn't. When the customer got mad again they finally pushed for that order to be prepared. After 1 hour of waiting we went again and asked the status because on the order board for pickup showed our order was ready. When we asked the first employee and showed our receipt that showed our order number and pointed to their board she looked for the order and it wasn't there. She told another employee that she thought it was given the grab food delivery. Another employee told us that it was taking this long cause we ordered non spicy chicken and it had to be cooked, understanding this is one hour later and it surely doesn't take one hour to cook I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said that a ticked wasn't feed out their system. Our number 391 and they had already processed orders to 408. The manger just walked away without even a sorry or we will get you the order right away or offer anything for our time wasted. Just walked back into the kitchen. That is when I got so heated and demanded he come back out and face the mistake he made and asked him to provide me his full name and write it on the receipt which he refused to do. His name tag just stated Jeff. Several other customers asked for their status of their meals and all got the same attitude...either no answers or mean looks with answers of just wait. It wasn't till then that they threw our food in containers and served them to go for us. Now one extra order was for mashed potatoes that they put in a little gravy container that only had two small baby size spoon full of mashed potatoes...so small that we had to go back cause we couldn't believe that there was actual mashed potatoes in the container. The attitude of the manger and employees is the worst I've ever seen in a restaurant. Every single one of their employees should be fired. They even got so much in a rush that they didn't secure drinks for one customer and she ended spilling the drinks all over herself and the floor.

I was served rotten coleslaw with my meal. I called your 1800 number and was promised a credit that never came. The person told me to wait 4 days; it's been 2 weeks. Do you want to lose a customer?

I would like to know why the Popeye's in Larose, Louisiana doesn't take Popeye's coupons. These coupons are sent to us in newspapers because we have 1 Popeye's in our town. Sad to see that. August 9, 2021 at 8:30pm I visited the Popeye's on Wards Road in Lynchburg, Virginia and waited in the drive-thru for 10 min and my car never moved. I then parked and went inside and found the restaurant floor filthy with trash and tables with trash and unclean. The restrooms were "Out of Service" and about 18 people were waiting for their orders. As I approached the counter, the sign on the register said "exact cash only or card purchases only". After a 5 minute wait, the employee took my order and I waited for another 6 minutes before I was given my order. (Ahead of several other customers waiting for theirs who were there before me). The cole slaw I ordered was placed in a plastic bag because there was not lids for the container. Popeye's has the best chicken sandwich of anyone but they could learn a lot from Chick-fil-a.

what do you expect for a store that is paying employees min wage ? I had an interview scheduled tomorrow so went by store to see what it might be like and doors were locked drive through ONLY...
