My name is Thu van Nguyen from Tampa FL

On August 9 / 2023 I call pinch a penny on 3730 Bearss tampa, FL 33618 to replace the motor for my pool pump. They told me sent them a picture of my motor someone will contact me and I did but no one called me so I came to the store on Wednesday morning tried to get it done. One of the employees of the store asked me how old is my pump I told her it's 17 years so she suggested replace the pump with variable speed pump but I want to see the owner what he suggested me. The owner wasn't in the shop by then so I came back in the evening I told him I want to purchase the motor for my pump then he talk me into buying the new pump so I ask him what pump do you think I need I have pool and spa connect together I even show him pictures of my pool and spa. He said the whisperflo variable 2.6 hp good for my pool. I purchased the pump without knowing the pump will not work with my Intellitouch automation. I told the owner I want them to do the installation on Wednesday my day off but he said I don't need to be home they can do on Friday. So on Friday Trey the technician came to my house to install the pump. He called me said I am in your property to install the pump and I said ok. The conversation was in only 29 seconds. He knew exactly the pump will not work with my system instead of calling me and tell me the truth and find for me a another pump that works for my system he called the owner and the owner told him to install anyway. When o came home from work on that day I saw all the problems, my salt system, my spa, my pool light my inside control panel are not working.

I came back to the store talked to the owner he only gave the option to buy the new automation system about $5000. No I don't have money to buy the new automation system so I ask him if he has any pump that works with my system he said no. I was in the store 2.5 hours he has no solution for me except to get the new automation system. He asked me to go home someone will get back with me I just keep waiting and wanting no one call me to solve the problem.

Desired outcome: I want my old pump back and return the pump that is not working with my pool system. I gave them so many opportunities to work with me but they keep ignoring me. I don't trust them anymore Sincerely Thu van Nguyen
