Pets Unlimited Dog beds I purchased and never received

I purchased from their facebook ad BOGO for dog beds and never received my order. I emailed asking for an update on the status and was told the color I ordered was on back order, but would be in later the following week and they would ship them out. Week went by no email, or tracking number from them. I asked for another update and John replied with a typical sorry for the delay response. Months have now gone by now and I have sent emails asking for a refund and have been told that the refund team will send me an email when it is processed in 24-48 hours, and I have still received nothing. Nothing showing in my bank account for a refund, no product delivered, and now no replies to my emails asking for refund. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to continue scamming people. I have copies of all my emails with John from Pets Unlimited too.

Pets Unlimited Dog beds

Ordered two of the 4xl dog beds for 89.99 (bogo) on July 19, 2021. After 8 weeks, multiple emails to them, multiple emails from them stating they were checking on my order, I finally filed a complaint with my MasterCard. Hoping to get it resolved that way. The company is a scam, beware. And I'm still getting promotional emails from them. What a joke! I only wish I had read all of the complaints before I ordered.

Pets Unlimited Dog bed

On August 4, 2021 I ordered 2 3XL dog beds. They were BOGO. I paid $79.99 for these two calming beds. I only received 1 bed and it was so small my dog couldn't even fit on it. I contacted Pets Unlimited and totally got the run around. I was asked to be patient as there was a shortage of beds and they didn't have an estimated time on when they'd have more. I reached out to them several times and the last was a few day's ago, and still no response. This company is a fraud.

Pets Unlimited Anxiety reduced bed

I purchased my dogs the BOGO anxiety beds as well. I purchased the beds on August 19, 2021 paid it off on September 14 2021, I still have not received their beds. I have emailed the company, twice plus the app Shop contacted them. I keep receiving text messages from them about a new BOGO sell, to which I reply I have already purchased these I would like my merchandise. They never respond.

Desired outcome: I would either like the beds or my money back.

Pets Unlimited 2 calming beds

I ordered 2 calming beds on 8/30/21. When I did not receive anything for 1 month. I complained. Then later I received a small bed. (not a good quality as described). Only one. I ordered buy one, get one free... Both large beds. The only one I received was a small bed. Wrong size... Where is the other bed...? They both should be large. Order number : pu3212110530239. The phone number is not in service. I am filing a complaint with discover at this point.
This company is a scam.

I ordered 2 medium beds from them. Buy one and get one free. I have sent numerous Emails requesting shipping date and tracking number, but to no avail. I have the feeling that this is a total scam and will never get a refund or my order.

I ordered July 31 st 2021 and have not received the two dog beds I ordered. They have responded by email stating they will track my order, it was back ordered and then not sent. I have requested a refund in vain. I guess the next step is to contest the charge with my credit card company. This has been going on for the last 6 weeks Avoid this company at all costs. Pets Unlimited Calming beds

Back in August, I took advantage of the offer of "two for one" calming bed for my 2 Springer Spaniels…I have emailed the company several times for at least a tracking number or a date sent to no avail! I keep getting the same response to be patient… I'm calling tomorrow to credit my card. This company is a fraud!

Pets Unlimited Comfy calming bed for dogs

They promoted bogof for £67. Stupidly ordered and paid for it on 1st sept. Nothing delivered! No tracking. My emails asking for information were replied with excuses of every kind! Asked for refund, but no response! So many other customers have also had no satisfaction with total bad reviews! Not a single good review! They are frauds, and scammed loads of people. They must be making a fortune!

Desired outcome: A total refund and NOTHING else will do

i order 2 of these calming beds for my 2 chiwinnie's. i have had to contact them so many times about my order. i keep getting the sob story as to why i don't have them. lack of workers, virus, and now they are advertising these beds again. i ordered mine in August 2021 and now it is October 2021 and i still do not have them. I tried to do a good thing for my dogs and it has turned into total disappointment. i have requested a refund but have not heard from them in days.

Pets Unlimited Dog beds

Not sure if this is the same company, but beware!
On july 21st, 2021, I ordered two of those calming beds for my labs. It was on a bogo promotion. I ordered two of the size 4xl, as my labs are big dogs. I also paid for the faster shipping. On august 4th, 2021, I received one very tiny bed. The color was correct, but that was all. Besides being the wrong size, and only getting one, the bed was a piece of garbage! I took pictures of it, and immediately re-wrapped it, as there was no way either of my dogs could use it. I was really excited to get these calming beds for my two babies, and it's been nothing but a nightmare with this company! There is no phone number to call anyone, and all they send are the same emails saying please be patient we will contact you shortly, regarding the return step. They are nothing but lying [censored]! I forked out $93.97 for a complete piece of [censored] product, which was supposed to be two, size 4xl calming beds! Well, they got me good, but it's not over yet!

Desired outcome: Return with a full refund

I sent another complaint to the BBB under scam artists/fraudulent companies. I’m not figuring on getting my money back, but if nothing else, maybe I can help someone else not purchase from and get burned by these crooks!

I as well purchased from this company not aware that it is a whole scam. This just happened on 10/02/2022. 2 beds 4xl @ $90. Have never been scammed before but I just want this to not happen to anyone else. This is stealing and these people should be in jail. Furious 😠 😡 DR

In June 2022, I ordered the BOGO pet bed offer. I have not received my order nor have I received a refund. I have received plenty of correspondence from pets unlimited requesting more time to process a resolution. It has now been 4 months and still nothing. I feel as if I just threw $90.00 out the window. This is a fair amount to lose for nothing. I urge you to not order from this company, unless you don’t mind throwing money away.

I share your frustration and experience. I purchased 2 4XL beds for my GS dogs on 6/25/2022. I have asked 4 times where are my beds and I only have had 2 replies promising a quick delivery. It is now 10/9/2022 and nothing. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General but I don't expect any resolution from this scam company.

August 2021 I ordered 3 beds from pets unlimited. Had a few replies from the company at first stating they are back ordered and will ship soon. I have not received my purchases and I can not get a reply by email or phone. Why is this website still up?

I ordered 2xxl calming beds from in dogs we trust, which is the same as all those other companies. First they cancelled my order. Emailed them they said they would check. Well then I received Legos instead of the beds. Emailed again, they said they would check. Then I received 1 bed that had no filling in the bed. When you touch it you could feel the floor. They responded that they have had several complaints about the beds being defective that they order. They refunded me half of my order since I only received 1 bed but would not refund the full price on their defective product. So all buyer's be cautious of buying calming dog beds.

Same here, ordered September 4th, received one email saying the beds are in transit with their carrier and it is January 5th and no beds. I’ve emailed many times with no further reply, at least some of you received something! Total rip-off.

I, unfortunately, didn't go looking for reviews of this company before I purchased through Facebook. I am amazed that so many people had the exact same issue I did. I purchased BOGO 2 very large beds. After a couple of months when I hadn't received the beds, I started emailing them. They certainly did respond very quickly and had all kinds of excuses and said they would contact me, etc., etc.. I gave them a bit more time, emailed again, more of the same. I told them I wanted a refund - they said someone would contact me within 48 hours to process. Of course, no one did. I tried again, same line and no contact. I contacted them a third time and because it was getting close to time to not being able to protest the credit card charge, I told them, I was done. I filed a protest that day. Interestingly enough, within a week after the protest, they sent me a bed in the right color, but a very miniature bed that was useless. I just received notification from my credit card company that they ruled in my favor, so I am done.

No one should do business with this company for any reason. They are scam artists and try to get you to delay long enough that your credit card won't honor the dispute because they take so long. Also, interesting, when you click on their supposed link to give you the status of your shipment, google blocks it because it has harmful content, as well as clicking on the link to go to their website.

Same here. I ordered a few beds in August 2021 and emailed them when a month went by, they kept saying once it ships you'll get a tracking/confirmation number. Its now November 2021! They don't even bother responding to emails anymore. Took my money and I got no product. Scandalous company/group of people-buyer Beware.

I also ordered to beds for my pooches and instead of getting beds I got 2 face masks. I posted a photo of my “items” and had over a dozen people respond that they got the same thing. I found out that this is happening more and more especially if you have tracking to show that your item arrived. A friend of mine ordered 6 hover boards for over $1200 and got 6 little plastic skateboards and when I say little I mean the sort that you could hang on a key ring. She reported it to PayPal who told her to send them back and she got her money back. So learnt my lesson to only buy from trusted sites.

Wow I can’t believe how many people have been scammed exactly as I have. If there is any way this can be resolved and this company can be held accountable I would like to be involved. They are giving all online sales companies a bad reputation!

The exact same thing happened to me. I ordered a large calming bed ( buy one get one free) and received only one bed . It was so small that I don't see how a boxer could fit in it! I contacted the company to return it and they wanted me to send pictures showing measurements from end to end and inside bed. I could not send the pictures but was contacted saying they received the pictures and the return was declined by the company because the correct size and color was sent. I sent my order form and was told they would expedite my 2nd bed but due to COVID it would be delayed. I wish I had researched the company and read reviews before purchasing. I saw the ad on Facebook.

EXACTLY what happened to me! I ordered 1 that was supposed to be a BOGO deal. Took FOREVER to receive. I only received one. I ordered a XL.
When I opened it I couldn’t believe it. COMPLETE JUNK! Not even padded. And if I received and XL I’d hate to see their small! I through it away. Completely useless.

Pets Unlimited Cant Delete account

I have tried several times to find anywhere on this site for help support or contact information to put in that I need to cancel my account. I do not even have the full account but yet my ads are still displayed but I am not allowed to delete them without upgrading. This site is a full out black mail scam. You are forced to upgrade but with further research you will find the only way to canel is to actually mail in a request to cancel. Absolutely ridiculus for a website to run a scam like this. I DO NOT want my name or business listed on their site and have tried repeatedly to delete it without anywhere to turn to get assistance.

Pets Unlimited Unwanted e-mails won't stop/won't cancel account

I have no idea how this company got my name and email address, but somehow they created an account for me that I never used and started sending me email after email. At the end of each email, the company states:

"Do not reply to this email as we are unable to receive email at this address. You have received this message as a member of PetsUnlimited.com and in compliance with our terms of service, user agreement, and all applicable laws. Log into your account to update your email preferences."

Whenever I click the link to log in, I see that they think I live in another state and all of the email preferences are set to receive no email. Despite this, I continue to receive emails.

I have used the "contact us" form on their website numerous times (10?) to remove the account/my email address from their database under the subject "account cancellation" to no avail. Apparently these contact form submissions go to their [protected]@petsunlimited.com email address, which appears to be over quota.

It would also seem that PetsUnlimited has its own account on the site that has befriended mine, so I tried to send a message that way; of course, "this user is not accepting private messages from other users at this time."

Make it stop! I never signed up for this account. They must have bought a list of email addresses somehow or stole them. Outrageous. :(

Pets Unlimited Deceptive website products and inability to cancel

First i think this company deceived me by leading me to believe i was subscribing to a 1 month membership when in fact they continued to 'roll it over and continue to charge my credit card every month.

After 2 months i cancelled through customer service. No action was taken. Due to many illnessed and deaths in my wife and my families i did not check my credit card statement so after some time i looked and found that my account was never cancelled. I called customer service again and was told they had no record of my cancellation but promised a refund and cancellation.

Also for the 30 days i tried to use the site i was not able to respond to postings left in my online mail box.

On nov. 4th, 2007 cancelled my subscription for the 3rd time and asked for a refund of 12 months of unusable service and failure to cancel my subscription.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING PHONE CALLS/EMAILS FOR MY AD ON PETSUNLIMITED FOR "BULLDOGS"...I DO NOT HAVE BULLDOGS, I HAVE MINI/TOY AUSSIES! THEN A CHARGE APPEARED ON MY DEBIT CARD FOR $19.95! I HAD A LISTING AT ONE TIME, WHICH I ASSUMED HAD EXPIRED, I WAS NOT AWARE THAT PETSULIMITED WOULD KEEP CHARGING ME MONTH BY MONTH. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK ON MY DEBIT CARD!

Pets Unlimited.com is taking $5.95 from my credit card account monthly. I did not want this service for past year. I call the [protected] number and a recording refers you to www.petsunlimited.com to cancel the account but when you try this, there is no such web site. I see that I am not the only person who is being robbed by this company. Please help or advise smb!

I have never signed up for Petsunlimited yet besides repeated requests to stop emailing me, they have not. I'm not even interested in dogs and it's annoying and emotionally distressing to constantly keep receiving emails from them. If there's anything you can do to make them cease please do so. I can't seem to get them to.

AMEN! These people are scammers from the word go! I got absolutely nothing from them even though they kept claiming they had interested people in my cats, I GOT NOTTA after I paid the $9.95 I had to cancel my debit card to stop the billing! I tried e-mailing phoning and canceled like 3 times, and still kept getting billed! THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE! Don't deal with this company!

I had the same problem, plus they are not user friendly, im not stupid but after you pay for something you should be able to use it. I have been a member sence 2002 never sold one dog. My message box had 600 emails tryed to answer as many as i could.

Petsunlimited is very deceiving, I signed up thinking I was only going to get charged for 1 month. I was double billed twice, then I tried to cancel three times and am still being billed. The only contact I am aware of is through Email, they sent me an Email back marked resolved. This matter is far from resolved, they just took more money out of my account 2 days ago. They owe me a total of $140.00. I am going to my bank next week to file a dispute!

They keep taking the money, cant stop the payments by the bank, and still cant look at the site. Want to get rid of them. They keep sending emails, but you cant answer them.

I am also a victim of this scam by petsunlimited. 5.95 has been taken out of my debit card for the past 10 months. I cannot log on to the site, my emails are returned, and there is only a recording at any phone number i have tried. The "live help" on the site is always offline. Has any one found a way to stop them?

since 12/15/07 PETSUNLIMITED has hit my charge
card every two weeks for $ 19.95. I cannot get into
my account, and they will NOT answer any of my
e-mails. Have NOT receive any phone calls for my
puppies. The phone # [protected] is no where that
I was given. They are SCAMS. DO NOT LIST PUPPIES
WITH THEM; THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY
AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING BUT NOTHING.

Pets Unlimited Scam company - please don't use it!

I signed up in May of 2006 with a free account. I kept getting messages that there were people trying to contact me with information about Pekingeses to sell. However, I couldn't see their information until I paid the $14.95. Once I paid the $14.95 I tried to contact those who had apparently tried to contact me and they never replied. I kept trying to seek out other puppies and the ads were so old that the puppies were always gone or the people never responded.

By this time, I gave up and went to another website where I was successful in finding our new puppy. The name of that website is puppyfind.com. They were wonderful to work with. Out new puppy is healthy, beautiful and so much fun. I would definitely use them again. I paid a fee and once the fee expired - they did not charge me again. It was up to me to re-apply. The way you expect it to work.

PetsUnlimited never ever contacted me again after I paid the money to advise me about other puppies being available. Since I had already gone to another website I totally forgot about them. Then I suddenly remembered when I saw that they had charged me again for $14.95. I tried to contact them, but all you get is the recorded message. I went to the website and they do have a statement at the bottom of their "faqs" page that if you do not cancel they will continue to bill you.

I strongly advise you to NOT use this website. I was enticed to spend the money to join if I wanted to respond to the scam e-mails, and once I did I could never contact them. Then they had the audacity to charge me again. It does say in the "faqs" that if they charge you that they will not give you a refund. Too bad for me to learn the hard way! I am obviously not the only one. I hope more people post their experiences and warn other people to NOT fall into the same trap.

Update on my previous statement.

Just want to let you know that I filed a complaint with my credit card company. I had to provide documentation - but they credited my account. Maybe you can do the same.

ordered and paid £67 for a dog calming bed, with a BOGOF offer on the 1st Sept. NO DELIVERY! All i get from numerous emails are excuses! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

To make a long story short I bought sick fish from them. They started dying on day 2. Would not give refund or replace fish. They avoided me, had no desire to help, and basically told me to get the hell out of their store. They were not interested in customer service. Took my money and didn't mind telling me I would not be getting it back. Worst customer service I have EVER received in my life! I will never go to their store again.

I AGREE with EVERYONE, this company is a big stupid joke! I "subscribed" 3 years ago as I was looking for a dog. We found one at a local rescue place instead but had to give her to friends 4 months later because my daughter was allergic. I have tried to "UNSUBSCRIBE" to their emails for over 2 years and it doesn't work! I am so pissed off and frustrated by these jerks and there is NO PHONE NUMBER!
I wonder if they can be sued over something like this. I would hate to go to the trouble but it's the principle!

AMEN! These people are scammers from the word go! I got absolutely nothing from them even though they kept claiming they had interested people in my cats, I GOT NOTTA after I paid the $9.95 I had to cancel my debit card to stop the billing! I tried e-mailing phoning and canceled like 3 times, and still kept getting billed! THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE! Don't deal with this company!

The people who telemarketed me to igeet me to sign up on thie site are nigherian scammers pulling the same stunt with PetsUnlimited.com I recognized their voices, do not fall for their scam. do not release your credit card information. Do not join!

Pets Unlimited Deceptive business practices!

This complaint concerns the Internet website "PETSUNLIMITED.COM" I would like to warn consumers who want to use these services of their Site Use Policy.

On March 9, 2006 I paid $14.95 for a membership to join PetsUnlimited.com. I wanted to purchase a two year old female miniature poodle for a friend. This never happened. I never found one for sale.

One year later, Pets Unlimited charged my credit card $14.95 once again. I called the phone number listed by the charge on my credit card statement and got a recording. The recording informed me that the charge was for another year of uninterrupted service and for my convenience! To my surprise, I had authorized this transaction and unknowingly agreed to this automatic renewal when I first joined. I now know this is true because I found it written in fine print located at the end of their "Site Use Policy" and "Terms of Service" on their Web Site Agreement.

Most people never read the legal information contained in agreements for several reasons. For many it is hard to understand and everyone knows its sole purpose is to protect the company and not them. My complaint is that Pets Unlimited knows all to well that the general public will not read their Site Use Policy. They can legally get away with charging your account and it is not right.

In my opinion, any company who practices doing business in this manner is despicable!

I never received an email confirmation of order (2 large dog beds) however my account was debited Item never received I live on fixed income and $50. is a lot of money to lose to a scam like this. Please help

They have their contact information hidden, but it is listed on the website puppyfindfraud.com They are horizontally and vertically participating in Restraint of Trade and other Federal statutes designed to prevent monopolies, scams, etc. You should check into a Class Action lawsuit, and there will be information about participating in one on the website www.puppyfindfraud.com withint the next 30 days.

they have a website that is up on their web site that is frauding people out of money by selling bulldogs. The web site is royalberginibulldogs.org I did get scammed by them and they are most likely scamming many others. why they are allowed to continue advertising is something I don't understand. just beware of these kind of sights because they do look very real. Don't send money at all. Always use a form of payment that you can get a recipt on.

I PLACED A AD ON THERE DEC 1 ,2008 ABOUT SELLING BULLDOG PUPPIES AND DIDN'T WANT TO PAY ONLINE, SO I E-MAILED THEM TWICE TO GET THEIR PHONE NUMBER SO I COULD ADIVATE MY AD TO PAY AND STILL NOTHING!

SO I THINKKKK THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE CREDIT CARD TO BILL YOU MONTHLY.

SOOOOO NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY LOST OUT ON A GOOD WORKING HONEST MONEY PAYING CUSTOMER, AND I STILL HAVE ONE PUPPY LEFT YA'LL, MAIL ME AT

I agreed for 100%. They charged my card for $14.95 in 2006 once. In 2007 they began to charge my card every month for $5.95. When I asked "Why?" they said it is recurring fee. But I did not subscribed for multiple years. And, there is nobody on the phone, only WEB access.
People! STAY AWAY from PetsUnlimited.com! It's another scam!
