My cat had a lump on her left shoulder. My vet said she could remove it so I had her teeth cleaned and they removed the lump while she was under anesthesia. I sent in the claim only wanting to have the surgery covered. They refused my claim because teeth cleaning is not covered. I didn't ask for that to be covered, only the mass removal. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE! They don't cover what they say they will. I am cancelling my account! SCAM!

Desired outcome: Re-imbursement for my cat's surgery like they said they would.
