I sat for my CISSP exam today as scheduled; however, an unusual issue occurred. After successfully submitting the exam, my result was not printed. The test administrator informed me that in such cases, the result is typically sent via email, but I have not yet received any notification. My ID is 1451333.
Additionally, upon logging into my account, the exam status still indicates “reschedule,” which is concerning. I am unsure why my result has not been released or reflected correctly.
I kindly request your assistance in looking into this matter and resolving the discrepancy as soon as possible.
