Panda Express review: Very bad service, quality of food 4

We go 3 to 4 times a week and every time we go there playing goofing around when your waiting for them to take your order sometimes your waiting on drive thru and the are talking bad words thru the speaker that's very unrespectful for us that were customers last night we went and the lady Samantha R.. at Watson buckeye az panda express we wore at the drive thru waiting for her to take our order and she said shut up just like that and start to laugh and she offers us the 5 flavor shrimp and we got it on plates so when we go to the window she tell us they cant make no more because they wore out of it and they couldn't make more because they wore soon going to close it was 9:40pm they close at 10:30pm I am very tired of there service I need someone to do something with this panda express and there staff please we pay a lot for a bad service what's wrong with them and then they do our orders wrong because of them playing and goofing around sometimes we get the rice not cooked well or chow main please do something with these staff they are very unrespectful and bad service
