Hi, I want the full refund regarding to my purchase. The offer was a lie. Buyagift showed only good hotels, but after I buy and try to make a reservation, it’s impossible to find the hotel that I wanted and it was listed on the advertisement. I printed the options in order of nobody else have the same problem and the frustration to try to contact them to cancel it. Offer completely false! It’s a shame!
