The Floss does not spin on the spool. Your floss is not cheap to buy and I have two dispensers that don't work. I paid $7.75 plus shipping on Amazon and both don't spin.
I would hope you make it right.

This is only one set of numbers. I am sure you know the other numbers out of the package.

Claimed loss: $7.75 Plus shipping $2.25.Plus, the inconvenience of letting your company know of the problem.Quality control is missing some wear in your operation and should be addressed.

Desired outcome: I would a response and please refund my cost along with pain and suffering.
