This is the second time a company has used Lasership/OnTrac to deliver products. The first time was last year 2025 the driver left the package on the guardrail and thankfully my neighbor was leaving the neighborhood and saw it. I tried calling customer service but you can only use their automated system. To this day (4/10/2026) I haven't received a response. More recent I paid for expedited shipping. Received a text informing me my package was out for delivery on (4/9/2026). I received a text at 1:30 p.m. stating they attempted delivery but were unable to. They never came to my home (cameras surrounding home, not a ring doorbell). The company who hired called and stated they would deliver the package by 10:30 a.m. (4/10/26). I received notification at 11:30 the package was loaded on the truck. Their customer service is unreliable as their drivers. I wouldn't advise using them as your service provider.
Recommendation: Don't use and I would if a company uses as their service provider I would request someone reliable. UPS/FEDEX
