I have complain this to PayPal because its directly there history regarding them lying no refunded

offgamer sucks don't go there website they charge me in my bank no history there card it was refunded or on PayPal history saying refunded as well. They are lying scumbag all they care about money they should close this website for good. Its no good for people who work there money end up waiting.

I never received Cd Keys and I have additional charges made on my bank account that I do not recognize. I have tried contacting them but all I got was an automated response. I have already contacted my bank and I now await a response from them.

Your issue was in 2008.
I had similar issues with them recently, in 2011.

I ordered a Guild Wars cd-key from them. They had advertised that I would receive instant delivery to my account.
They took my Paypal payment, told me to verify my phone #, took that information, then sent me an e-mail requiring that I send them a signed statement allowing them to take my Paypal money (which they already took), a copy of a current ID with the same billing address as my Paypal account, and a copy of a recent bill with the same billing address as my Paypal account.

Great company, huh?

They refunded my money after playing stupid a bit, then continued playing some more word games with me after I wrote up a complaint on this site. Fun Fun Fun.

Just because they use good grammar doesn't mean they're either professional or legit. BEWARE OF OFFGAMERS.

Well I ordered mine about 4/5 days ago,

It came right away, verifed my email and my phone number, got an auto verify phonecall from then and then within about 5 mins my CD key came via email and works.

No issues with the service my end.

I was looking for wrath of the lich king cd key.
I considerated Offgamers, but soon I distrusted them:

they ask information which they dont' need (when you want to pay via paypal or ideal)

- like your billing address.
- they want to know your date of birth ? Why .. legal reasons ... What legal reasons ?

There are other sites where you can buy items like these for example wowcode.nl
I will try that one out.

I had the same problem aswell.My debit card was instant billed and i received nothing.Only crap that my names doesnt exist in their name database.This whole thing sounds ridicolous as they think that they have database with tha names of all the people in the world.OFFGAMERS SUX!

Same here. But I was expecting something like that, so I used paypal. Also, I just sent a harsh email to them telling that if they don't give my money back (or my key) I'll cancel the paypal order.

I purchased a 60 days Game Time prepaid card for Warhammer Online from Offgamers.com on 5th September. The codes were delivered right after my payment. I tested the code right away too, but it shows "Code has been used". Shocked, but I remembered there's a Live Support on Offgamers site, so I reported it right away. Yesterday, 9/9/09, I've got a reply from them and it says:

Note the typical "We have completed our investigation and concluded there is no issue with the system". Does that mean it's always mistake of customers' end? That's just unfair. I contacted the Live Support right after that, trying to get more details. It took them 3 working days to investigate yet all they were replying me was "Please check with your friends/family members, we've tested the code and it's used, there are nothing wrong with our system". I asked about details they've got from publisher and got no answers. This is just ridiculous, I've dealt with plenty orders with other site and this never happened before. This is just the second transaction I've made with Offgamers, and yet. ### happened. Frankly, I'm very disappointed to experience this from a game selling site with pretty high reputations. How are we consumers gonna put trust in these sites if all of them are having these kind of services?

So i saw WotLK (EU) key for like $37 at offgamers.com.Figured that actually this is pretty good deal and i ordered with payiment via debit card.My card got billed instant and for this i received 2 hours waiting and some problems now.First i had to verify myself on the site.I updated my name in the profile.Then i had to wait for them to call me.I was called and confirmed my order.After that i waited like 30 min more to be "verified" then contacte live support one more time to understand that in their database man with my name doesnt exists.Then they wanted me to send them picture of my ID, my credit card and also some form.I decided to cancel the order and i received email saying that my order have been canceled and the money will be refunded.So now i stay without any key and with like $37 loss waiting for them to be refunded.I really hope that this wont make me go further looking for my right by the law.
Avoid having any deals with this guys!

So, I registered an account with OffGamers, and I buy some MABINOGI GOLD.
I bought 10000k gold. They say that they deliver it within 1 to 24 hours, but that's an obvious lie.
I've already filed 5 different Face to Face Submissions, and i've been waiting patiently for all that time.

Well i had used this so called amazing site many times until recently i purchased 500k plat gold, with ofcourse many purchases before, the service was amazing and so safe and secure i would of recommended them to all my collegues and friends, so my payment goes through all 100% now its only a matter of time before i recieve my gold,
1 hour and half wait, not bad for that amount, so all goes well apart from my game crashes, i just log back in as normal and find that all my gold has vanished, strange but even more strange offgamers contact me ingame thanking me for my time and loyalty and then the game crashes once more! this time i log on and my account has been suspended! they did not mention this on the offgamers website! So much for safe and secure, buy GOLD at offgamers and Get you r account suspended! i tried asking for help from the 24/7 support service but again they did not care, kept taking hours to reply to my messages! so my conclusion is that if you buy services from this website expect your money to be taken and your account to be suspended! Not forgetting they wont help you once your money has been taken!

Your ticked because u got caught? Its not their fault. GMs are there for a reason, to help people and to stop cheaters. You were cheating, and it just so happened they caught you during the transaction. When games state you are not allowed to buy gold, expect it to happen after a while.

I recently read in the eve online game news itself that offgamers is known to use keyloggers and sell illegit game time cards. I would say that when developers make a harsh claim such as this, that it may be worth rethinking what kind of positive review you wish to give a store like this.

I totally disagree. It's nice to see people from those sites trying to make things right, unlike some other places that do just about everything they can to convince you that you were just scammed. I never bought from them, but in the future, I might try them over some of the other sites around.

People from that company need to stop trying to rep up byposting on complaint sites to try to get words back in when they provide bad service.

Offgamers.com, have been great, with there service i bought Power Leveling for WoW was fast and Good Support.
At some point, there someone that recives a bad service from a company, so i think you were jsut Unlucky.
