ModLily review: Horrible business practices

I ordered from Modlily, expecting delivery within the timeframe advertised. My order was delayed, tracking information was limited, and customer service responses were slow and unhelpful. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I would caution other consumers to carefully review the return and customer service policies before ordering. I have requested a refund for items they canceled, and they keep trying to give me credit. I want my money back and will never buy from them again. Horrible. Items took over a month to ship. They mislead and lie about shipping and processing—terrible experience. The products I received were not as described and were cheaply made.
