I was at the McDonalds in Edgemont Brookhaven PA on Friday 05/01/2026 between the hours of 6.30pm to 7pm and the guy who took my order at the drive through from the first window was so rude. That when I asked him question about a meal I was trying to order, his responds were look at the screen and use your eyes. I have never been told like that in any restaurant or fast food I place order. this is the first and this boy is someone that is not even as old as my daughter but he decided to insult me because I came to get food from McDonalds’s. Please management train your employees to be customer friendly and be very respectful.
