I have a $6000 sectional that is less then a year old and is breaking down. Two areas sink when you sit down and the ottoman cushion is seperating creating a dip. This couch is rarely sat on. I have scheduled 3 service appointments and no tech shows up. When I call the service dept is closed and there is no one to help me. This is horrible service, poor manufacturing and unsatisfactory customer service. I have made three attempts to resolve and will now seek legal advice and refund.
