Maronda Homes review: Buying my first house

I don’t understand all the negative reviews on here my experience with Maronda and especially with Steven my sales agent has been exemplary. It’s been a long 6 months but we are now down to the wire less than 2 weeks from closing and the entire process I have been kept up to date on everything going on and why - I have been on several tours of the property and I have access to the my Maronda portal with all the construction updates and progress as well as weekly emails and status calls. The house is magnificent I have my final “ blue tape tour “ later this week but I doubt I’ll need much tape. Everyone I have worked with ( I am using thier preferred lender and insurance company as well ) have all been excellent and have made this process as seamless as it can be. Building a new house is not a small task - yes there are challenges, yes there is an exorbitant amount of paperwork and property line disputes and just tons of logistics but at no point have I felt like I am not being taken care of by these folks and I am completely satisfied with the builder, contractors and mortgage folks and am very excited for closing :).
