I have been trying to reach Macys for several days to have my name removed from the card as a user.
It’s reflecting negatively on my credit report. However, you cannot reach a person anywhere at any phone number for Macys because all of them have been disconnected. I spoke to somebody via chat online and she told me sorry there’s nothing she could do, she gave me the same number to call and told me to just keep trying. She refused to give me a manager or to speak to anybody else. This is not how you do business.
Desired outcome: Remove my name from the account as an authorized user. It is destroying my credit.
