Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the Livpure team. I am shifting from my flat on [30th date], and the pickup is still not completed.
Due to this delay and negligence, my ₹1499 security deposit is also at risk. This clearly shows poor customer service and deficiency in service. I am facing inconvenience and mental harassment due to their unprofessional behavior.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, including RO pickup and refund of my ₹1499 deposit, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum and take legal action against the company without any further notice.
