Dear Leon's Customer service
I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased a wooden oak bed frame from your store. Upon inspection, my friends and l discovered a crack in one of the long panels, a huge amount of wood dust was coming out from the holes. the holes from the long panels appeared to be big. Overall, the bed frame appears to have been used for 5 months or more prior to my purchase, as it was dusty and lacked the fresh wood feel, and the corners show signs of wear and tear with stains indicating trapped dust.
Given these issues, I would kindly like to request an exchange for this defective item. i have attached my receipt and pictures to support my complaint. I have attempted to contact you via the email addressed provided by sales representative ([protected]@leons.ca) and ([protected]@leons.ca, but my emails keep bouncing back. This is the only platform l have left to express my concerns.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution
