Legacybox review: One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with

The worst company I think I may have ever dealt with as far as customer service. I could get into 1000 details but I won’t. Just don’t spend your money at this place. Still trying to get resolution to an issue that is now open over a year. they lost my digitized files because they switched platforms but that’s not my problem. I shouldn’t have had to go through so much over it. They take your money and they don’t give two cents after they digitize your photos and videos. I’m sure there are companies out here that do this much better with far better customer service. I just wish I hadn’t spent so much money on such a garbage company.
