La Quinta Inns & Suites review: I need to speak with a representative. Regarding a fall I had on your property.

On March 31 approximately between 6:45- 7:00, just after the Artimus launch, I fell in the pool area. As I was walking past the shallow end, passing by the fountain near the gradual sloping shallow part, there was a step on both sides of pool. One side had a Caution sign. The side i fell at did not have anything to indicate the step.
I am 66 years old and fell hard onto the cement. I had severe bruising. The next morning I reported the accident and had a report made. I asked to be contacted by the management.
I have tried repeatedly to contact them to no avail.
I've seen one doctor and was recommended to see an orthopedic specialist.
I need their insurance information.
This is my last attempt to contact someone before I seek professional assistance in this matter.
