Laclede Gas review: I want to dispute the debt because this is not my debt.

This is not my debt! I have never had any utilities in my before and I am very certain that this debt owed to Laclede Gas is not mine. I have lived under my company's housing unit which doesn't require any household bills in my name. I have recently become and legal worker of the U.S. A while ago I did lose some personal items in which if a person has found it, they could have forged my name. this is also strange for me that I was contacted at my current resident from a debt collector. Please help me find a solution for how to solve this issue. Thank you for looking into this for me.
