Kubala Home Improvements review: Excellet

We have just had all of our windows (26) and doors (2) replaced. From the initial sales presentation by Derek, to the final sign-off call with Melissa, the experience could not have been better.
I have to give particular praise to Sergey, Aaron and Igor, who did the actual installation. They were polite, respectful and worked as a well-oiled machine. They each knew exactly what to do and worked smoothly and efficiently. They covered the floors and hung plastic curtains to make sure that dust and debris were contained. On each of the 3 days that they were here, they cleaned up meticulously before leaving so that, aside from the Kubala sign outside, you would not know that they had been here.
The windows themselves look and work great. Already we have noticed how quiet it is indoors as the new windows have drastically reduced outside sounds. The windows all operate smoothly and are easy to use. They all fold inwards making cleaning the glass a simple process.
The doors provide a tight seal and have built-in screens. The glass in the doors slides down pulling down the screen over the opening. The locks operate smoothly and we were provided with two keys for each.
Before leaving, the team went through the whole house to make sure everything was operating as it should. Sergey reviewed the installation with us, and showed us how everything operated before we signed off on the work.
All-in-all, this has been a great experience. Everything is exactly as promised and everybody we dealt with was professional and efficient. We were kept informed every step of the way and things happened smoothly along the timeline we had agreed.
I would urge anyone who is thinking about replacing windows, doors, or both, to consider Kubala. They provide great service, quality products, and all at a price that was better than their competition.
