There is no helpline. I am being ignored, and my crypto held by Kraken.
Two weeks ago Kraken closed my crypto account. No warning, no notice, no explanation, When I tried to get online I was informed account was closed. I have since repeatedly (every other day) sent in support requests and at first I was emailed that someone would respond in 48 hrs. No response. No response to any email requests for 7 days.
I did get a notice on 4/18, but it was not in response to my inquiries. It also provided no answers, tab for support, and a telephone number [protected] that is not monitored or usable per recorded Message,
That message says to use the mobile app. Mobile app requires a log in (not accepted as account is closed). The instructions for starting a new account and transferring my crypto does not work, for whatever reason.

Desired outcome: Get crypto cashed out to a specific bank account or transferred to a Coinbase account.
