Sub : Complain against your car dealer KIA (Lohia Wazirpur) for cheating and misbehavior

after taking 100% payment .

I Deepak kumar resident of Delhi booked the car based on market performance and I booked my vehicle KIA (Lohia Wazirpur) address B 95B WAZIRPUR iNDUSTRIAL AREA MAIN RING ROAD DELHI 110052 on date 8/10/2023 and I was confirmed delivery of the car will be delivered on 22/10/2023 and due to festival season ahead and keeping the same in mind we paid 100% payment on 20/10/23 after taken assurance from the manger of the show room we paid 100% not knowing we will be cheated by your dealer .

The dealer took 100% payment and when we went to take delivery they refused to Acknowledging us and when we show slip he refuse to give us my car on this said date and there is no car and no delivery has come as KIA MOROR has delivery issue and started playing games .

On 26th October 2023 again we went and asked for the car they show us some accidental car and was making us sign but we called PDI team they said its accidental car and report is enclosed for your ready ref. How can your dealer cheat us we save our earning to buy something for family and we been cheated by your dealer .

Me and my family members were badly treated by the dealer and dealer team pushed us out of the show room .

Please looking to this matter and help us to get the car and compensation for delay of the delivery and for the mishandling of my family members .

It’s a human rights violation to behave with human and also bad business ethics to take money for the car 100% and cheat the buyer .

I need your immediate action to be taken and I need my car on Monday failing which we will take legal action against your company and dealer .
