just dial is doing cheating buisness they take advance ECS do not help in any buisness and just lay a trap to your hard earned money and they loot your money

I have taken package from last 2months back now the service and no response from your team and i have complained many times to team .can you please solve my problem or refund my money ...

Just Dial Sr. Management,

Is anybody left in the Just Dial team with whom we haven’t discuss the matter for worst service delivery,
Requesting any of the business heads sitting at HO resolve our problem and change the policy guidelines so that unsatisfied customers like us can get the Justice,
It’s a humble request to JUST DIAL Sr. Management across PAN INDIA level to look into the matter and resolve our query.

Feeling very sorry about writing this mail, but it may make your concerned team to look out their profile very seriously and hoping that some other business partner would not suffer like me. We had invested some amount through contract no. [protected] on 28/05/14 live on 6/06/14 for ad-campaign and want business referrals in lieu of that, since we haven’t received any buyer’s response we wish to discontinue and want our money back.

Now I m feeling annoyed when ever hearing of Just Dial and specially if one of talking your service delivery and big ad- campaigns. Some time I cannot control my feelings and things goes wrong resulting in unnecessary bad name to your so called service standards. I m sure it is not very beneficial for your business from the longer prospective and no-one wants the negative publicity.

We are not getting the proper response from service team, When requested to Mr.Rajeev Ranjan (Client servicing & Customer care) he simply refused to accept the request
and was so rigid and unprofessional to handle the clients, also doesn’t provided the senior’s contact no. or mail id. to resolve the matter.
We were advised to call at [protected] or visit Noida office and told they too can’t do anything. When called to [protected] executive told that service team can only resolve our case,

Our point is why should we pay the amount to Just Dial to facilitate the other’s people and provide job and resolving queries of other individuals

Since I have some other important jobs to look after upon and want to ignore these tiny things,
Kindly let us when our chq (refunded amount will be delivered considering the fact that We are not getting the buyer’s response,

JustDial is a not a servie oriented company I have reigister my company for travel bussiness They assured me I will get the lead daily service for good when i have taken the 3 month plan, When i register for 1 year plan for ra 10, 000Rs then the service was poor I complaint many times that i am not getting the leads from just dial then they said my package is low package so i need to upgrade it to bigger package of 30, 000 or 50, 000. In actual justdial get 90% calls for infomation related to Pizza and Dominoz, Then 10 % is divided in to all the catogery like Hotel Travel, Health, food, All there commiment is fake and They ate just increasing the revenue.This company is single Properite Bussiness And they have very unprofessinal to behave with the customer.There agent no polite to talk to customer and there manager big "chor" They have taken money without my confirm me from my credit card. I am going to log a case in consumer court then I request all the user who have been not received proper service from Justdial also log a case in consumer court.

Your are on a much safer side because there are many people in the consumer complaints list who have paid and not got any service.
