I called 4/3/26 for help with a printer, I understood $5 charge, problem was not resolved. When I received my charge bill I was was charged the $5 & $65 for a subscription which was never mentioned & without my consent. I could not understand the person I was connected with as I said never mentioning a subscription. I would have never given consent
