JD Sports Fashion review: Incorrect order

I ordered and paid for the above trainers at JD Sports, Bournemouth, Castle Point for my granddaughter and we were assured that they would be delivered to my address.

Incredulously when i opened the shoe box it was to find that you had sent for some inexplicable reason a pair of Runfal Con 5 EL C TRAINERS SIZE 12 ½ which obviously are totally unacceptable and completely wrong.

You have definitely not fulfilled the purchase that I paid for and made, as I thought, in good faith.

I have returned the wrong trainers to JD Sports only to be told that there are none available! I have not yet received a refund for this transaction.

I would appreciate your sending me the correct Molly-Mae Samba Matcha trainers as soon as possible as per your obligation for this purchase and the disappointment of Hannah, my granddaughter.
