I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the airport assistance service I ordered for my mother in Istanbul Airport. I contacted IGAPASS support and explained that my mother would be transiting through Istanbul on the 19th. All relevant information was provided in our correspondence, including her flight number from Bali and the arrival time in Istanbul.
Despite this, upon arrival, no one met her. My mother does not speak the local language, and the situation was extremely stressful—we almost lost her in the airport. I suspect that your team did not properly review our correspondence and may have mistakenly scheduled the service for the 18th instead of the 19th.
I strongly disagree that the service was delivered as promised. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for the payment made.
