I contacted InterPals customer service many times but they never replied and I have no idea how to reach these guys! I can't log into my account and I tried everything already. Their "forgot the password" option does not work! I need to log in! I am a InterPals member for a long time now and found many friend there, I'm practicing two languages and helping others.
I cannot understand why are they ignoring me? Why can't they reply and help me with my problem?

I am a new member trying to sign up for interpal but anytime I try to sign up, they will tell me suspicious account. That I should try again later, later they said my account has been suspended. I don't know why it is so.. for two days now, I have been trying to sign up but no avail

For over 30 hours in trying to log into interpals, all I get are BAD GATEWAY errors, with a “please try later !"
