Absolutely terrible experience with IGP. I placed an order for a cake, and despite having the correct address available, they delivered it to an older address on file — a completely avoidable mistake from their own end. Instead of taking responsibility, their team conveniently shifted the blame onto the delivery rider, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
What’s worse is that even after I immediately highlighted the error and got the address corrected, there was no real attempt to fix the situation in a meaningful way. Their idea of “resolution” was offering a 100% refund — but only in their own wallet, not back to the original payment method. That’s not a refund, that’s forcing the customer to stay locked into their service after a bad experience.
This reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer respect. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them defines their credibility — and IGP failed completely.
Very disappointing service. I would strongly advise others to avoid using them.
