H&R Block / HRB Digital review: H&R scams and lies

So this advanced that they have is a scam and a lie first off make an appointment twice just to find out I don't have a appointment and that the building isn't even open they want me to drive an hour to see if I can even be approved why can't you do it online because it's a scam they just want to get you in so you have to file your taxes with them even though they say you don't need to do your taxes to get that will never go back to h&r block had my taxes done with them for years and I will never go back
