We had a scheduled appointment on May 18 from 0800 -1200 for an AC tune-up. This was verified by a Horizon text on May 17. Monday at 1200 I called Horizon since the technician had not arrived and we had no contact from Horizon. The person I talked to said the tech had a problem with his last appointment and he was replacing parts. He will be at our house within one hour. One o'clock - no tech: two o'clock - no tech or call: three o'clock no tech or call: four o'clock no tech or call. At 4:45 I got a call from Horizon scheduling telling me we needed to be rescheduled for Friday. No Thank You!
Horizon has good technicians but the company as a whole need's improvement! Service over the past few years has definitely slipped.
