smoking charge $400 - non smokers - says dirty car - policy says $75 charge cant get back as taken on credit card
no $200 return
2 x $200 for damage to car - did return as we didnt have any accidents - also paid extra for no CDW ? scam
now tolls charged $289.00 as cant pay tolls by cash or card ? need an account which your not told about
swo many extra charges and with going through VIRGIN i thought i was safe
