Groupon UK review: I will never use them again and advise you not to as well

I bought a Groupon on 7th March and the 3rd party item was then going to be sent out directly to me. I waited and waited and heard nothing at all. I went back to Groupon on 20th March to ask about the delivery of my item. They will look into it! I chased them several times and was always told to wait a few days and then I will hear from the company. I never heard from them once! I still haven't heard from them to this day, 2nd April. I requested a refund as it was getting ridiculous and they still told me to wait a few days yet again. I have still heard nothing. I went to Paypal who I paid through and they refunded me straight away. This is totally unacceptable behaviour from Groupon and they have absolutely awful customer services. Well no service at all actually. I have had my refund now from Paypal and will never again buy anything from Groupon who are not to be trusted to do the right thing. Absolutely awful experience. Awful company. Steer well clear of Groupon.
