I purchased $24K + worth of cabinets in 2022. The dealer RMR construction, that I dealt with did not finish many things and I ended up hiring others to fix what he did wrong. Fast forward a couple years and now on two cabinets I have a finish issue.
I contacted GNC 1/26/26, sent pics to Chris Holey (VP of sales) who automatically said it was water damage. When I asked how water damage could be on a vertical surface where the water does not pool due to gravity, they would not listen. Instead they transferred me to another dealer who has promised me over and over again to get me info to replace. Still waiting, with many promises from the dealer to get me info. I have now been waiting since 1/28 with the last promise to get me details the Monday after Easter.
I do like the cabinets, however, the finish is less than durable for a Kitchen environment.
What I don't like is I spent much more money to get American made products versus something from overseas, and it seems that GNC does not stand behind its products, and getting any information to replace damaged products is almost impossible.
Very poor customer service and warranty department that does not seem to care about taking care of the customer after the initial; sale.
Desired outcome: I would like to have the company to do the right thing and replace the damaged cupboard doors, that were not a result of water damage.
