After being told that my 78 year old mother only wanted inserts for her shoes the salesman added socks and tried to add several other items to her purchase. Her $500 purchase grew to $1400. They refuse to give refunds. He knew what he was doing. I would tell everyone not to do business with shady companies. His happened today at 12:03:56 receipt number [protected].

Claimed loss: $900.00

Desired outcome: She needs to be refunded and take back the extras
