I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund for the dental services I received at your practice on August 16, 2025. As a first-time client, I was disappointed with the level of care and the billing process associated with my visit.
Despite my long time without dental care, I felt the services provided were inadequate for the fees charged. I was quoted a price of $372 for a Deep cleaning out of pocket expenses after my X-rays, which seemed excessive given the brief duration of the cleaning (approximately 25 minutes), and I left feeling unsatisfied with the work done.
Additionally, I was billed $1,236 to my insurance for services I do not believe were delivered satisfactorily. I have since transitioned to California Dental Group Riverside, where I have received much better care and service for a much lower out-of-pocket expense. They also not only did a cleaning but also did a filling on a tooth needed. The amount out of pocket was $20.60 for both services. The service comparison from the previous dental was beyond amazing and very satisfactory I seen a well difference in the cleaning.
I would like to request a full refund of the following:
1. Out of pocket payment of $372 for the cleaning service.
2. Insurance billing of $1,236.
I believe this request is reasonable given my experience and the lack of adequate service at your facility. Please find attached the documentation related to my visit and billing.
