I recently visited your dealership while looking to purchase my first vehicle and wanted to share my recent experience.
During the process, I worked with your sales associate Ajay Verma. Unfortunately, I found parts of the interaction to be uncomfortable and, at times, misleading. After choosing to explore other options - as many customers reasonably do when making a significant purchase, I received a text message from him stating that I had "lost approval" because I was "shopping around" and wishing me "good luck" in a way that came across pretty brutal.
It is my understanding that this information was not accurate. More importantly, the tone and approach did not reflect the level of professionalism and respect one would expect in this situation.
As a customer, I believe it's entirely reasonable to shop around, especially for a major purchase like a vehicle. And given the interest rate of 12% I was quoted from him and Julia, I needed to explore some other options. Experiences like this can significantly impact a customer's perception of a dealership which I am sure you would agree.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and provide any additional context if helpful.
