Firehouse Subs review: Horrible customer service

Customers service was horrible did an online order at 11:10 for pick up at 11:40, got there it wasn’t ready. I was patient young lady made my sub after getting there put mayo on it and had to make it over, no one apologized for the long wait, I asked could I get a soda for my long wait the young lady shook her head yes knowing good n well the foundation did not work. This was my first and last time at that firehouse. They didn’t give a receipt I went in to ask for one and I didn’t have my order to make a review. Mac n cheese was runny.
